What we do with what you send us.

This policy covers this website only. Client engagements are governed by the engagement letter and by the confidentiality obligations that the Chartered Accountants Act, 1949 and the Institute's code of conduct place on us.

What the site collects

The site collects nothing automatically beyond what your browser sends to the server in the ordinary course, and what our hosting provider logs for security. There is no advertising code and no tracking pixel.

The enquiry form

What you type into the enquiry form is sent to us by email and is used only to answer your enquiry. It is not sold, rented or shared outside the firm. If you would like it deleted, write to us and we will delete it.

Spam protection

The form records the time you began filling it in and your IP address, solely to block automated submissions. These are not used for any other purpose.

Links to other sites

Where we link to a government department, a regulator or an institution, that site's own policy applies once you leave ours.
