Articleship and qualified positions.

Article assistants here are put on live assignments rather than on photocopying. Within the first year most will have worked on a statutory audit, prepared returns, and sat in on a hearing. Partners review the work personally, and the review is where the training happens.

For qualified members we look for people who can hold a position in front of an assessing officer and write a submission that reads well. Everything else can be taught.
